No Refunds Policy
EchoGPT is a subscription-based app. All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds regardless of app usage.
Important Information
- All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased
- This policy applies regardless of how much you use the app
- Free trial periods allow you to test the app before committing to a subscription
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, please request resolution through Apple Support, in accordance with App Store billing policies.
Apple handles all billing disputes for App Store purchases. We cannot process refunds directly.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Mac: App Store → Sign In → View Information → Manage Subscriptions
- Apple TV: Settings → Users and Accounts → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
Remember to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
